While each of our consultants has extensive expertise in their own practice areas, every client is assigned one consultant to act as a dedicated account manager. This allows the consultant to develop a truly in-depth understanding of the client's business, structure, culture, style and hiring needs and provides the client with a single point of contact.
Should our clients have requirements that lie outside of their account manager's areas of expertise, the mandate will be executed by another consultant with the requisite expertise but will be overseen by the client's account manager, utilising their extensive client knowledge to ensure that the candidates selected represent the best possible fit. The account manager interfaces with the client and remains the single contact point.
